We are on the lookout for a Senior Associate in Hedge Fund Operations to become part of our team. This position will be based in our London office, with flexible remote work options available. The focus of this role will be on providing support to a multi-portfolio manager macro hedge fund that utilizes a blend of discretionary and systematic trading methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational assistance for managed accounts and portfolio management teams.
  • Oversee daily trade capture and profit & loss validation.
  • Conduct daily reviews of cash and position reconciliations.
  • Monitor trade settlements and support risk data management.
  • Serve as a communication bridge among stakeholders involved in the trading process.
  • Track margin excess and financing needs.
  • Manage accounting and valuation processes across various asset classes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hedge fund operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and OMS/PMS environments.
  • Familiarity with VBA is advantageous.
