As a Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for collaborating with the back of house team to develop well-balanced and nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences. You will also prepare and manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.

Establishing strong relationships with school Bursars, Head Teachers, and faculty is essential to delivering exceptional service. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating catering staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.

Identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency is a key aspect of this role. You will also maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organised kitchen environment.
