Operations Change and Strategic Growth Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations and Change Management professional to join our team. As Operations Change and Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in providing essential information about operations processes to support product design and development. You will also be responsible for implementing changes within Operations to drive organisational growth and enhance Client Experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Own the implementation of all change impact on operations by collaborating with delivery functions and establishing a clear change acceptance process.
  2. Be the primary contact for a specific tribe or group of squads, overseeing planning, execution, and implementation of critical business change.
  3. Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between Operations Change and other business areas, such as Product and Technology.
  4. Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with owned changes to support effective change management.
  5. Establish and run an effective Change Acceptance Process (including impact assessments, planning, stakeholder management, communication approach) aligned with VP, Operations Change and Risk.
  6. Drive continuous growth and scalability checkpoints in line with expected business growth and product changes.
Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Operations and Change Management.
  • A deep understanding of FX, Reconciliation, and Liquidity processes.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage the implementation of change.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture that encourages growth, development, and continuous improvement.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
  • 25 days' holiday per year (increasing by 1 day per year's service, up to 30 days) + Bank Holidays.
