Care Support Specialist

Our Secure Care Worker role is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires dedication and compassion.
We are recruiting for individuals who can provide outstanding care to young people aged between 10 and 17 in our Secure Children's Home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential support to our young people, helping them gain the best outcome in education, health, independence, and self-confidence.
With a focus on either 'intervention work' or 'activity work', you will play a key role in creating a positive environment for our young people to thrive.
What we offer:
- Salary range: £24,909 - £27,317 per year, pro rata
- A comprehensive induction programme with ongoing training and development
- Regular supervisions and annual appraisal scheme

- Enhanced DBS check which is fully paid for and maintained on the DBS update service
