Care Assistant Role Overview

About the Job

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, respecting their rights and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to achieve this goal, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering person-centered care to residents.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to develop your skills and knowledge.

Your Requirements

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a care setting, preferably with the elderly.
  • Familiarity with working with elderly people, knowledge of dementia, and delivering clinical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.36, making us an accredited Living Wage employer.
