Job Description

Job Title: AV Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Full-time on-site position

Duration: 6 months+

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AV Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. As an AV Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for audio visual systems, managing events, service requests, and planned changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for audio visual systems, including meeting rooms, board rooms, and auditoriums.
  • Manage and plan events, service requests, and planned changes.
  • Take ownership of complex cases and manage end-to-end resolution.
  • Build key relationships with end-users, including VIPs, executives, and senior management, and their support staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of providing support to user estates up to director level.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex cases and manage end-to-end resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
