Position Overview

Role: Audio Visual Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 6 months +

Compensation: £237 per day (Inside)

Experis IT is collaborating with a leading technology firm to identify an Audio Visual Support Specialist for a long-term contract. The role involves providing on-site support with potential for offsite and after-hours work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance as an Audio Visual Support Specialist, ensuring seamless operation of meeting spaces, conference rooms, and auditoriums.
  • Oversee and coordinate events, service requests, and scheduled modifications.
  • Demonstrate a solid history of supporting users at all levels, including senior executives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with end users, particularly with VIPs, executives, and senior management along with their teams.
  • Take charge of intricate issues and manage them through to resolution.
  • Engage in project-related tasks as necessary, with flexibility for offsite and after-hours commitments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Audio Visual Support or Desktop Support role.
  • Proficient in VoIP troubleshooting and support.
  • Familiarity with Windows O365.
  • Experience in video editing is a plus.
