About the Role: Teaching Tomorrow is a dynamic and innovative educational institution that is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for students with special educational needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Dunstable or Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Developing and Implementing Lesson Plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. They will also be expected to Maintain a Safe and Stimulating Learning Environment, assess and monitor pupil progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and carers. This is a long-term position with the potential for permanence, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, strong SEN teaching experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum and have the ability to adapt teaching strategies for individual students.
