Teacher Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Dunstable, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a smooth and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
- Maintain discipline and provide support to students with their learning needs.
- Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the overall success of the school.
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work with students of varying ages and abilities.
- Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
