Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide over-the-counter customer parts sales support, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage and process orders for all makes and models of parts.
- Sourcing and procurement of parts and materials.
- Stock control and inventory management.
- Issuing personal protective equipment (PPE) to staff.
- Resolving invoice queries and processing returns.
- Controlling warranty parts retention and processes.
- Receiving, recording, and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers.
- Controlling waste disposal and purchasing tools and equipment for the workshop.
- Daily and weekly maintenance of the parts department and storage areas.
Requirements:
- Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts.
- Experience in a similar role for a commercial dealership or within a motor factor is beneficial.
- IT literacy, with the ability to work with a dealer management system and electronic parts catalogue system.
- UK driving license with minimal points.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and charismatic approach.
What We Offer:
- Starting salary of up to £29,000 per annum, pending experience.
- 20 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, with increasing holiday allowance over time.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with shifts available between 7:00am and 5:00pm or 8:00am and 6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
