Job Title: Project Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Portfolio Manager to join our team at Signature Career Management. As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery, and aligning them with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental portfolios, generate concise status reporting, and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of change across all functions, utilizing a structured project approach to set business project managers up for success.
  • Support and drive improvement projects across all functions, developing a project management process within functions aligned to the PMO.
  • Strategic alignment: Support portfolio coordination aligned & underpinning business strategy, as well as supporting the governance of divisional strategy with clear project portfolios in place to deliver annual objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must have managed projects in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage stakeholders, and have a clear track record on delivering on projects.
  • Ability to liaise with senior figures within business, as well as the ability to galvanize and collaborate to ensure the delivery of projects across the whole business.
