Project Portfolio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Manager to join our team at Signature Career Management. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring their delivery consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental portfolios and generate concise status reporting and visibility to stakeholders.
  • Champion a culture of change across all functions and utilize a structured project approach to set business project managers up for success.
  • Support and drive improvement projects across all functions and develop a project management process within functions aligned to the PMO.
  • Support portfolio coordination aligned and underpinning business strategy, as well as supporting the governance of divisional strategy with clear project portfolios in place to deliver annual objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing projects in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage stakeholders, and have a clear track record on delivering on projects.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with senior figures within the business and galvanize teams to ensure the delivery of projects across the whole business.
