At Fauna & Flora, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive our fundraising strategy forward.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead the strategic planning and delivery of fundraising globally across all income streams, including principal and major gifts, supporter marketing, statutory funding, corporate, and trusts and foundations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve our goals
  • Lead a talented team, encouraging innovation and experimentation to deliver our objectives
  • Underpin this generative skillset with analytical rigour, expressed through detailed forecasting and activity planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive fundraising efforts
