About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a key member of our transport team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and respectful transportation of patients to various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from healthcare settings, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the transport team to ensure efficient and effective transportation services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and transport.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe transport environment.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience.
  • Maintain Enhanced DBS.
  • Excellent communication skills, including IT ability.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure whilst delivering genuine care.
  • Demonstrate resilience.
  • Able to work as part of a team effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
