Estimated Salary:

£65k plus car / car allowance

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for direct management of a team of 15 staff, overseeing the Property Management Service offering and managing annual budgets and forecasting. The role also involves assisting with the management of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties, maintaining and improving client relationships, and ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience leading a Property Management team
  • Experience with Commercial Property and/or Lease & Block Management
  • Prior experience in managing financial budgets
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to travel across the South West to collaborate with team members
