About the Position

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Property Development and Operations to lead our luxury residences business in London. This critical role is responsible for defining and managing the Group's MOXH business strategy with full P&L accountability.

Key Accountabilities
  • Directly accountable for all aspects of the Residences division including development, branding and marketing (in cooperation with the SVP Brand), pre-opening, and ongoing operations.
  • Provides oversight and guidance to MOXH business unit leader, sharing responsibility on growth plan and P&L delivery.
  • Represents MO Brand to the highest standard, ensuring the business is financially sound through budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring oversight.
  • Capitalises on synergies from a day-to-day management and operations perspective.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Leads a high-performing team of professionals responsible for delivering exceptional results in the luxury residences business.
  • Works closely with joint venture partners, project owners/developers, and Group senior management to evaluate and execute business opportunities.
  • Interfaces with Group functional and operational units providing relationship, contract, and financial expertise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or other commercial real estate-focused concentration. MBA) a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant senior management experience in luxury, real estate, and/or residential communities, private equity, law or finance with a focus on hospitality and/or other commercial or luxury residential real estate.
  • Additional languages would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary package estimated at £160,000 - £200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
