Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety Analyst to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support corporate teams with incident investigations and analysis of safety performance data.
- Collate and present safety performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs on patient safety and compliance.
- Review safety information to inform improvements in patient care and safety.
- Provide expertise in using risk management databases and systems.
- Relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Specialist systems or IT knowledge and expertise.
- Recent experience in safety and quality governance environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present complex information.
