Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at one of our state-of-the-art care homes in Lancashire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and guide the care team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • To administer medication and observe changes in residents' conditions, directing appropriate care when necessary.
  • To promote person-centered care, maintain professionalism, and liaise confidently with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in an elderly care or dementia care setting.
  • Experience in providing care during night shifts.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
