We are seeking an accomplished Veterinary Care Leader to join GLG Vets in Eccleston. This role presents a unique opportunity for dedicated professionals who excel in delivering exceptional veterinary care and are passionate about working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare.
  • Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, utilizing expertise and experience to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for each patient, facilitating seamless communication between team members.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and efficiently, maximizing productivity while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A recognized veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is highly valued, showcasing expertise and confidence in handling complex situations.

Shift Details: This full-time role involves working 39 hours per week over 4 days, with flexible weekend arrangements available. Weekend options include either half-weekends (1:3) or full weekends (1:6), accommodating diverse preferences.
