Veterinary Practice Leader

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Practice Leader to join our team at GLG Vets in Harmans Water. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals, prioritizing patient welfare and satisfaction.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, utilizing your expertise and experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic during your shifts, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent), demonstrating strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
