L&D Business Partner Opportunity

MCS Group is partnering with a multi-site organisation in the Greater Belfast area to find a highly experienced L&D Business Partner.

The Role

The Learning and Development Business Partner will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees.

You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver engaging learning experiences.

  1. Assist in the creation, implementation, and assessment of the Learning and Development program, delivering all training in line with business requirements.
  2. Aid with the delivery of the Training Academy and support on maximizing personal and business performance.
  3. Provide support across a variety of development programmes including Internships, Apprenticeships, Student Placements, and Graduate programmes.
  4. Assist with Health and Wellbeing initiatives and support effective implementation of the absence policy by providing employees with guidance and advice.
  5. Provide reports, commentary, and trend analysis for management on performance indicators.
The Person

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have:

  1. Degree in HR, or a Business-related field.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in delivering and supporting the Learning & Development function.
  3. Experience in the assessment of learning and development needs of employees.
  4. Experience in supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development.
  5. A current, full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
