Job Summary

This teaching assistant role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational success of students in a dynamic and supportive school environment. As a key member of the teaching team, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continuity of educational programs in the absence of the class teacher. You will also play a crucial role in safeguarding the welfare and well-being of pupils in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and delivering lesson materials as required by the class teacher.
  • Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement inclusive lesson plans.
