About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from our vans, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, using our ePod route guidance system.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with our warehouse team to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
Requirements
- Hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points on your licence.
- Be over 18 years old.
- Have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
