Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and deliver our T-Level programmes in Construction. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement curriculum, ensure industry placements, and provide exceptional learning experiences for our students.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage T-Level programme curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and college goals.
- Coordinate and support industry placements, fostering strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track student progress and programme outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, education, or a related discipline).
- Experience in teaching, training, or coordinating educational programmes, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
