Audit Manager Position in Northampton

Everpool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our audit team in Northampton. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 per year and flexible working options.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in UK accountancy practice and be qualified with ACCA/ACA. They will also possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality audits and a strong commercial mindset.

In this role, you will lead and complete audit assignments, manage teams, budgets, billing, and client satisfaction. You will also contribute to team management, improve audit procedures, and support broader compliance initiatives.
