As a Personal Care Assistant with Swanstaff Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their homes within the Norwich area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assist with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months of care experience.
- Driving: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Qualities: Compassionate, empathetic, and patient.
