Job Opportunity: Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a committed and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist, providing recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health and complex needs.

Role Purpose:

Deliver outcome-focused interventions and personalized support to empower individuals, using a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) approach to help people manage their mental health, improve physical health, and build support networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored, one-to-one support, developing personalized recovery plans.
  • Act as a navigator, connecting individuals with community resources and specialist services.
  • Promote mental health awareness and community engagement to reduce stigma.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with professionals to ensure high-quality care.
