About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS team in Oldham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and formulating treatment plans for young people, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and partner services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake mental health assessments and formulate treatment plans for young people
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner services to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • NMC nursing, social work, OT or equivalent Health/social care qualification and active registration with relevant regulatory body
  • Significant post-qualification experience in community mental health services to postgraduate diploma level
  • Professional involvement with users of mental health services
  • Experience of case management of young people
  • Experience of multi-agency working
