We are looking for an experienced and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant secondary school in Greenwich, London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting student progress and contributing to the development of educational programs that inspire and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging lessons and interventions that cater to diverse student needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement curriculum activities that foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
- A competitive salary of £30,142 - £32,465 per annum (pro-rated for term-time only), reflecting the importance of this role in advancing education at our school community.
- HLTA qualification or significant experience in a similar role, along with a passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
