Job Role: Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

Salary: £25K basic with an OTE of around £32K

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 Saturday a month 8.00pm paid as overtime

Holiday: 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with clear and professional information about service and repair work required to their vehicles
  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
  • Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, leveraging excellent customer rapport and CSI results
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of vehicles, ensuring seamless service experience
  • Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining high standards of professionalism
  • Prepare and complete invoices with precision and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Full driving licence, with a clean driving record

We are seeking a Service Advisor who is confident in their ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building rapport and driving CSI results.
