Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Time Tracking Senior Consultant to join our team at Skillsearch.

This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their post go-live requirements and designing, building, configuring, and testing the Workday solution.

As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in an industry-leading team, driving results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients and guiding them in maximizing their Workday deployment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance internal capability, including mentoring and training new team members.
  • Contributing to the company's financial performance by delivering excellence to clients and managing multiple client projects in parallel.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced analytical and functional skills demonstrated through project experience or a support environment.
  • Certified in Workday Time Tracking or at least 2 years of experience supporting Workday or other systems in a client environment.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who can bring valuable insights from their product and industry knowledge.

Key skills include:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to consult effectively with clients.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders with confidence.
  • Evidence of collaboration and contribution in previous roles.

Location: Home-based with travel to client sites (up to 40%).
