About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives in Manchester. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in 360 recruitment, with a proven track record of success in technical or highly regulated markets. They will also possess excellent business development skills, with the ability to consistently meet targets and exceed expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with industry leaders who have over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of mentoring consultants into high-performing professionals. Our company offers a competitive salary above market rate, plus 35% commission (guarantees available), as well as flexible working arrangements, including 2 days WFH.
