Risk Management Lead - Philips International

We are seeking a Risk Management Lead to join our team at Philips International. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our medical devices.

About the Position:

  • You will be responsible for leading risk management activities, including post-market surveillance, complaint handling, and corrective actions.
  • In partnership with Complaints, Post Market Surveillance, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Corrections & Removals teams, you will work to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • This role is based in our Farnborough, Hampshire office, where you will collaborate with a talented team to drive innovation and excellence.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or healthcare, with a strong background in Risk Management Process.
  • A good understanding of risk management requirements, tools, methodologies, and processes, including use of accepted methods.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with ISO 14971 standard and regulatory requirements is desirable.

Remuneration Package:

An estimated salary for this position is around £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
