About Our Team

We're a diverse group of experts who share a common goal: to drive excellence and innovation. Our team reviews the areas of Sales and Financial Services, as well as Finance and Human Resources, strengthening governance, compliance, risk management, and the internal control system.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and structures within the BMW Group in the UK and Ireland, focusing on governance, risk management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Take a data-driven approach to auditing and identify risk areas while collaborating closely with audited functions.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for improving business processes and ensure their sustainable implementation.
  • Engage with senior management to obtain input for audit projects and present results.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in economics, law, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable professional work experience in Auditing, Financial Services, Accounting, Controlling, or Risk Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional level of English.
  • Intercultural experience, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.

Salary Estimate: €55,000 - €75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary is based on industry standards and the required expertise.
