About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Investment Operations Data & Analytics team within the Chief Investments Office at Lloyds Banking Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end data delivery within the Investments team, working with internal & external partners to ensure a single source of truth across all solutions.

You will engage with key internal customers to automate delivery of reporting and analytics as required by the business, developing analytical toolsets for the purpose of business and portfolio optimisation.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of data analysis under the governance environment consistent with the regulated financial services, who can lead and deliver required outcomes for a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.

You will have the ability to identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to meet business needs, and experience of leading & developing data analytic teams and building strong networks across organisation.
