We are seeking a highly skilled Care Team Lead to lead our team and provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom have autism spectrum conditions and complex needs, in our supported living and outreach service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To help lead a team of staff providing care and support to individuals at our service
  • To assist in the development and implementation of individualised support plans, ensuring that each person receives tailored care that meets their unique needs and preferences

The estimated salary for this role is £27,500 per annum. However, this may be higher depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience working as a carer or support worker in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals, families, and other professionals
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
