Job Description:
This role is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people, their families, and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of our care services
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a homely environment that supports the growth and development of our residents
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in social care or a related field (e.g., degree in social work)
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
Benefits:
