The Job Description:
As a Senior Care Assistant Lead at Hartford Care, you will be responsible for supervising and leading shifts in residential care settings, ensuring high-quality individualised care and support to residents during daylight hours.
Your daily tasks may involve guiding team members, conducting thorough handovers, assisting residents with meals, and verifying activity logs. A strong sense of purpose and compassion is essential for this rewarding role.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- An L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems effectively.
- Leadership and motivational skills to guide staff members.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
