Management Team Lead - Cheadle Location

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Team Lead to join our team at Leisure People, working across two leisure centres in Stockport, Cheadle location.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior management role, where you will be responsible for leading and motivating your teams to deliver exceptional results in terms of operational performance and customer satisfaction.

As Management Team Lead, you will be required to work 37 hours per week, including two duty management shifts each week, with one weekend in three.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the health and fitness industry, with a proven track record in managing swimming pools and fitness facilities, as well as a pool plant and first aid qualification.

You will be responsible for leading and coaching your teams to achieve high levels of operational performance and health and safety, as well as carrying out 1:1s and overseeing training and development for your team.

The salary for this position is up to £29,478, plus 30 days' holiday entitlement per annum, including bank holidays, which rises with service, and complimentary gym membership.
