About the Job Description
In this dynamic role as a Frontend Development Team Lead, you will oversee the development of high-quality, maintainable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and CSS. As a leader in our frontend development team, you will guide and mentor junior frontend developers, ensuring they become experts in their field.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and accessible web applications.
  2. Mentor junior frontend developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions.
  4. Implement accessible UI components using Storybook and ensure Figma designs are accurately realized.
  5. Oversee project timelines and budgets.

About Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in a Senior/Lead role with expertise in software development (git, code reviews, CI/CD). A proven track record of delivering large-scale frontend projects with Next.js, TypeScript, React, CSS, or similar tools is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of REST APIs and the ability to influence their design and implementation are required.
