Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage costs and ensure financial control across multiple energy and water efficiency projects
  • Provide cost planning, budgeting, and contractual advice throughout all project stages
  • Monitor budget adherence, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
  • Develop and implement cost value reconciliation processes
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials, labour, and overhead costs
  • Support the tendering process and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
  • Experience in estimating, surveying, or tendering within construction or building services
  • Knowledge of financial processes and developing cost value reconciliation processes
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings/plans and develop cost estimates
  • Strong communication skills
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
