**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our team at The Collective Network Limited. As a key member of our retail partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profit growth for both branded and own-label products.

As a Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen relationships with retail customers and deliver business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and retail partners to drive category performance and maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing tailored strategies and insights for retail partners
  • Managing and innovating own-label ranges
  • Utilizing data to guide product recommendations, promotions, and category growth
  • Fostering strong customer relationships, positioning the company as a trusted advisor
  • Tracking performance metrics and maximizing ROI while delivering on KPIs

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business or marketing
  • Experience in category management, data analysis, and implementing retail strategies
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Safety and food compliance training provided
  • Emphasis on adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in category management preferred
