Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated SENDCo to join our team at an outstanding high school in Darwen. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, working closely with staff and parents to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized plans for students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Collaborating with teachers to provide additional support and resources
- Communicating with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and training in SEND
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
