  • Manage the customer complaints log and complete an investigation report.

Requirements:

  • High level of analytical skill.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a quality, technical, or food safety supervisory role in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Trained in food safety level 3.
  • Good understanding of quality systems and product compliance within a food manufacturing environment.
