About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Bolton Mental Health Liaison Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to patients in the general hospital and A&E settings.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Act as the shift coordinator, triaging referrals and providing clinical input to cases.
  2. Participate in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the development of risk and management plans.
  3. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bolton Mental Health Liaison service, completing relevant training and engaging in the appraisal process.
