We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at the Bolton Mental Health Liaison Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to patients in the general hospital and A&E settings.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the shift coordinator, triaging referrals and providing clinical input to cases.
- Participate in the multi-disciplinary team, supporting the development of risk and management plans.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Bolton Mental Health Liaison service, completing relevant training and engaging in the appraisal process.
