Teaching Assistant Opportunity at Academics

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HLTA/Unqualified Teacher to join our team at Academics. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual looking to develop their skills in teaching and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education to our students, playing an active role in providing them with a solid foundation for their academic journey.
  • Support lessons across the curriculum, working with various classes across key stage 2.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high expectations for all students.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Be motivated to undertake training and development to enhance their practice.

Requirements:

  • A degree and/or relevant experience of working in a school setting.
  • Recent experience of teaching or supporting in a classroom in the UK.
  • Good behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • A clear Child Workforce DBS registered to the DBS Update Service or willingness to pay for a new one.
