Hotel Cafe Royal is seeking a skilled Pastry Commis Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that exceed our guests\' expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts
  • Work closely with our pastry team to create new and innovative dessert concepts
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met in all aspects of pastry production
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop menus and specials

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Professionally trained as a chef with a minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience in a pastry kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekend shifts
