Claro London is seeking a Commis Pastry Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about pastry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding pastry chef looking to develop their skills in an award-winning group.

The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Pastry Chef who is eager to learn, hands-on, and passionate about pastry. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in the pastry kitchen and gain experience in a dynamic environment.

The Successful Commis Pastry Chef will have:

  • Passion for Pastry - You have a deep love for creating delicious and beautiful pastries.
  • Willingness to Learn - You are eager to develop your skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced pastry chefs.
  • Attention to Detail and Cleanliness - You take pride in your work, maintaining high standards of precision and cleanliness.
  • Experience in Quality Kitchens or Bakeries - At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen or bakery environment, focusing on pastry or dessert preparation.
  • Team Player - You thrive on communication and collaboration with your team, willing to take instruction and help others.
  • Desire to Grow - Excitement to learn new techniques and recipes, with a commitment to personal and professional growth through training and coaching.
