Pastry Commis Chef Opportunity

Hotel Café Royal is seeking a talented Pastry Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will play a key role in creating exquisite culinary experiences for our guests.

Your Role:
  • Work in various pastry sections, including Afternoon Tea, desserts, chocolate, and sugar workshops.
  • Contribute to the creation of sumptuous culinary delights in our Cakes & Bubbles restaurant.
  • Develop your skills and knowledge under the guidance of our experienced chefs.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent in culinary arts.
  • Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
  • Passion for pastry and a natural flair for creating high-quality cuisine.
