We are seeking an experienced Administration Support professional to join our team in the London office of a leading boutique international investment firm. The role involves providing administrative support to the Front of House team, including answering phones, managing diaries, and preparing documents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible approach to work.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Answering phones and responding to queries from clients and colleagues
- Managing calendars and diaries, ensuring all appointments and meetings are recorded accurately
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Front of House team, as required
- Maintaining accurate records and files, as necessary
